I met Serge Lescouarnec in New York last February, during Vino 2010. Don’t worry, it is not a love story. Serge is a french guy from New Jersey and he has a great website about wine, food, travel and lifestyle. When he stopped at my desk to taste our wines we started talking about Tuscany, Maremma and wine tours. When he discovered that Cantina Pieve Vecchia was more than just a winery he decided to go deep into it by interviewing me via email and publishing the interview on his website. He asked many things about our winery, our estate, our love for wine and food and so on. It is my very first interview and it is in English, so please forgive my language mistakes. Here it is.
